Event Passports

We will have passports and stickers available at each event! Pick up a passport at the first event you attend so you can start collecting stickers at the other events you attend. Prizes will be available on Friday and vary in value based on the amount of stickers in your passport book.

Monday, October 4th

Hydration Station

Enjoy various fruit-infused waters at this satellite station! Staying hydrated is a key step in maintaining good mental and physical health.

Pop the Stigma

Throw darts and pop balloons to help erase the stigma around different mental health disorders!

Tuesday, October 5th

Craft Station

Partake in various craft activities, such as canvas bags, doodling pages, and mandala buttons to color and origami papers to create!
Research says that creative activities are linked to positive psychological functioning, so take a break to relax during your busy day.

Learn about the well-being resources available both on and off-campus.

Wednesday, October 6th

Yoga at the Puck

Experience how yoga postures, breathing exercises, meditation, and guided imagery can improve your mental and physical health. Feel free to bring your friends and family members too!

Mental Health Screening with Counseling Services

Counseling Services will be doing brief health screenings for interested students and staff, followed by one-on-one session with a counselor present to discuss what actions you should take next. Socks will available for those that complete a screening!

11am - 1pm, Havener Atrium


Mental Well-Being Ambassador Training

Participate in this training to be certified as a Mental Well-Being Ambassador on campus! Student leaders are heavily encouraged to take this training, but it is open to all students on campus. Dinner will be provided!

Thursday, October 7th

Meditation Space

Participate in self-guided meditation to relax and rejuvenate yourself!

All day, Quiet Lounge in 2nd floor Havener, Library, Student Success Center and 2nd Floor in Toomey


Waffles and Wellness

Make your own custom waffles and learn about mental health resources at this sit-down brunch event!

11am - 12pm, Havener


Trivia Night

Test your knowledge about different mental health topics, campus trivia, and pop culture to win prizes! Snacks will be provided.

Friday, October 8th

Workout Station

Participate and learn about some short exercises that you can do to anywhere to increase your physical awareness, which will end up improving your mental well-being in the long run!

Dog Days with Delta Sig

Relieve some stress by hanging out and playing with some dogs from local shelters!

10am - 2pm, Havener Lawn


Passport Giveaway Table

If you participated in Mental Well-Being Awareness Week events, you can come to this table and pickup some swag bags that increase in value depending on how many events you attended!
Prize ranges are participating in 2-4 events, 5-8 events, and 9-11 events.
Make sure you get a sticker at each table indicating that you went to the events!
