Whether you are new to the gym, returning to exercise after time away, or looking for a more structured plan, this consultation can help you build confidence and create a routine that fits your lifestyle.

What Is a Fitness Consultation?

During a Fitness Consultation, you will meet one-on-one with a health educator to discuss your fitness goals, current activity level, and schedule. Together, you will create a realistic plan designed to support both your physical and mental well-being.

Students will leave the consultation with a structured exercise plan and practical strategies to help stay consistent.

How a Fitness Consultation Can Help

Fitness consultations can help students:

  • Learn how to start exercising safely
