Join Student Well-Being as we host an open session of the Well-Being Ambassador Training! During your time in college, you may encounter difficult conversations and situations with your fellow students that you feel unprepared or uncomfortable at handling. This is a workshop that prepares you with the knowledge and skills needed to be confident in providing effective support to other students. Snacks will be provided. *This training is for students only*

Grab a free cup of coffee and connect with students, staff, and faculty in a warm and welcoming space. A little caffeine and community go a long way!

Join English and Technical Communication, and Student Well-Being for a 90-minute workshop on writing and wellness. Free waffles provided by ASUM to attendees (while supplies last)! Student Accessibility and Testing will also be present to showcase their new pop-up sensory room items that can be checked out to create portable sensory spaces.

Take a selfie with Carrot the Therapy Bunny and speak with a counselor from Student Well-Being to learn about the importance of self-care. Then practice stretching!

Stop by the Body Positivity table to create your own positive affirmation, reflect on what makes you YOU, and learn about campus resources that support body image, mental health, and overall well-being. A representative from Body U will also be in attendance! Body U is a program that promotes healthy behaviors and addresses issues related to eating disorders, depression, and anxiety.

Visit COER's interactive table to explore career resources, ask questions, and connect with supportive Career Advisors wherever you are in your career journey!
3:00 p.m. - 4: 00p.m Wednesday, Feb. 25 in the Aerobics Room at Gale Bullman Multi-Purpose Building
Join us for a traditional yoga session focused on mindful movement, breath, and relaxation. This is a beginner level class that offers a supportive space to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your body. No experience needed.
6 - 8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 25 in BCH 315
Bring the whole family for a fun-filled evening of games, activities, and great food. All ages are welcome! Celebrate the importance of community and support during your academic journey.

Take a quick, confidential mental health screening and meet the counselors in Student Well-Being who can help you find the right support. Free friendship bracelets and crafting beads to attendees as supplies last!

Join Clay Young, the Chapter President of SVA, for a lunch and learn to receive Green Zone Training. This training is for faculty and staff to understand and support military-affiliated students by providing insights into military culture, common challenges they face, and available campus resources. *This training is for faculty and staff only*
