All consultations are private, non-judgmental, and free for enrolled students (undergraduate and graduate). Consultations are provided by Mandated Reporters.

Need the skills to help a friend? Want to be prepared to intervene in a problematic situation in the future? Meet with our health educator for a one-on-one bystander intervention consultation. Group consultations for bystander intervention are now available to learn more in depth within an organization or student group.
BASICS: Brief Alcohol Screening and Intervention for College Students BASICS is not an abstinence-only program. We work with you to reduce the consequences associated with high-risk drinking.
iCHAMP: Individualized College Health for Alcohol and Marijuana Project We use a harm reduction approach to help reduce the risk and consequences associated with cannabis use.
FALL 2024: CURRENTLY NOT OFFERED Coaching for health and wellbeing focuses on client-driven changes - clients are empowered through this process to decide what kind of life they want to live, not told what their life "should" look like. This series of coaching sessions provides one-on-one support and accountability over a period of weeks for achieving health and wellness goals.
This program aims to motivate students to reduce risky behaviors associated with substance use. We will provide you with a structured opportunity to assess your own risk, identify potential changes that could work for you, and help you reduce your risk for developing future problems.
