General wellness
General Wellness consultations help students build healthy habits and improve their overall well-being. Meet with a health educator to discuss topics such as stress management, time management, self-care, and other wellness concerns while creating a personalized plan to support your goals.
Self-regulation
Self-regulation involves controlling one’s impulses and behavior, disruptive emotions and thoughts in the pursuit on long term goals. This program is designed to increase understanding and self-regulation skills related to an identified topic, event, or circumstance provided by the student.
Safe space
Identity support consultations offer a safe, supportive space to explore questions about identity, labels, and coming out. You can talk openly with a Student Well-Being staff member, learn about available resources, and set personal goals related to your identity and overall well-being.
